We are currently in the midst of a housing crisis that continues to displace many families within our community. Frank has worked with advocates across the Commonwealth to ensure that we continue to make housing affordable and accessible for all.
Throughout his career, Frank has been outspoken about protecting residents in the district from foreclosure, predatory lending, and has assisted hundreds of families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity by helping them find long-term, affordable housing.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Frank secured an additional $600,000 to assist residents in Lawrence who are experiencing financial hardship to remain in their homes. Frank was also a strong advocate of the state’s foreclosure and eviction moratorium that helped thousands of families avoid homelessness or financial ruin.
